FOOD Extruder Helical Gearbox

Launched specially for the food processing industry, Similar design to the Extruder gearbox and modifications as per requirement of food machinery

Design : Easy to operate and Simple design to understand.
Size : Available sizes – 180 C.D to 280 C.D
Thrust Bearing and Oil seal : Spherical Thrust/ Taper roller bearing. Silicon case oil seals for better performance.
Input : Hardened Solid input shaft with keyway (Hollow input shaft also available)
Output : Hollow output shaft as per customer's requirement.
Other Features : FLS (Force Lubricating System) also available if required. Comes with Cooper water cooling pipe. Universal mounting position model also available
Ratio : Gear ratio 6:1 to 20:1 and Power rating up to 100 KW.
