Extruder Helical Gearbox

These two stage helical reducers have modular design with normal reduction ratio between 6:1 to 20:1. Add Power "AEX" series Gearbox are available in more than 12 sizes and running up to 100 KW. The Spherical Thrust bearing system carries reverse thrust load generated by differential pressure during moulding. AEX series also comes with the 1 year guarantee.

- Thrust Bearing and Oil seal : Spherical Thrust/ Taper roller bearing. Silicon case oil seals for better performance.
- Input : Solid input shaft with keyway (Hollow input shaft also available)
- Output : Hollow output shaft as per customer's requirement.
- Other Features : FLS (Force Lubricating System) also available if required. Comes with Cooper water cooling pipe. Universal mounting position model also available
